Here is how it works:- Each assigned individual works for you for 22 Days in a month and delivers a minimum of 160 hours of production.
- All the project management control lies with you.
- The communication between yourself and the programmer can be handled through Email, Chat and Phone.
- The work is carried according to your time zone (Mon - Fri) at our development centre in India.
- The invoice is sent to you at 30 days interval. Payment needs to be made in advance for the current month.
What is Part-time Hiring?
This model is same as full-time hiring but only this time the programmer is allocated for 80 hrs in a month.
Here is how it works:- Each assigned individual works for you for 22 Days in a month and delivers a minimum of 80 hours of production.
- All the project management control lies with you.
- The communication between yourself and the programmer can be handled through Email, Chat and Phone.
- The work is carried on according to your time zone(Mon - Fri) at our development centre in India.
- The invoice is sent to you at 30 days interval. Payment needs to be made in advance for the current month.
What is Hourly Hiring?
This is a "pay-as-you-go" model in which you need to pay on hourly basis. This is also known as "Time and Materials" model.
How do I test Hire Web Developer service?
We will schedule conference call with developer before you decide. You can interview candidate/candidates before you finalize any or all of them. The best way to test drive our service is to hire a programmer for part-time basis or buy 10 hours of services. We do not offer free trials.
What if I do not like the programmer?
Although this is most unlikely, but in case you have problems with your developer your first point of contact would be our dedicated manager at USA. We will make sure to immediately take off the developer from your project and provide you a replacement ASAP.
What happens if the developer leaves your organization?
As we all know it is unavoidable situation. We have a policy of 30 days notice period with our employees and in that time we will do all the knowledge transfer and provide a replacement. Moreover, the project manager at our end will ensure that your work is not affected by such activities.
Are there any additional costs?

Can I switch between billing models?
There is always room for flexibility and open discussions and we do accommodate requests to change billing models.
How do I pay for the services?
